Our Refund Policy

Medication cannot be refunded or credited, unless it is part of a consumer-level medication recall. Strict legislative controls are implemented to regulate the production and storage of medicines in all stages, including the manufacturing, wholesale, and pharmacy phases. Once a medication has been dispensed from the pharmacy, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions and there is a possibility that the product may have been tampered with. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns of any dispensed pharmaceutical products.
As per legal requirements, Bayerlife Pharmacy will issue refunds to customers when necessary. If a refund is necessary, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g. credit card refund for a credit card transaction).
